Wine is Fine - Art Exhibit of Wine Scenes

The "Wine is Fine" Art Exhibit showcases a collection of wine themed fine art photographs by St. Louis photographer Greg Matchick. These photographs are hand-varnished fine art prints. The technique used gives them a painterly quality which is commonly remarked upon and one must see them to appreciate this unique presentation of photography. The subjects of the photographs are scenes of wine barrels, presses, carts, racks, bottles, vineyards, villages, etc. from various wine regions of Europe; including France's Burgundy and Bordeaux regions, as well as Italy and Slovenia. This exhibit will be on display from October 7 through November 15 and there will be a reception on Friday October 9, 2009.

Gateway Gallery is at 7921 Forsyth in downtown Clayton, MO 63105
The exhibit will run from Otober 7 until November 15, 2009.
An artist Reception is Friday October 9, 2009 from 6 pm to 9 pm.
